Guide to Yunoura Onsen

This is the first hot spring in Shikoku to be designated as a "National Recreational Hot Spring Area" by the Ministry of the Environment.

Although Yunoura Onsen is a relatively new hot spring developed in 1977, it has long been known as a therapeutic hot spring because of its high quality hot spring containing radon and fluorine.
Yunoura Onsen is located almost in the center of the Seto Inland Sea National Park, on a hill and land with the Sakurai Coast of white sand and green pines in the front and Mt.
The region has a mild, oligo-rainy Seto Inland Sea-style climate, with little influence from typhoons or monsoons, which makes swimming in the sea and forest bathing an enjoyable experience.
It was the first hot spring resort in Shikoku to be designated as a "National Recreational Hot Spring Resort" by the Ministry of the Environment because it is blessed with a natural environment and is ideal for health rest and recuperation.
